A full immersion in the wide range of possibilities offered by CE
Eye opening information and awareness generating knowledge on Food CE were at the core of three days of knowledge exchange. Thanks to The Hive for organizing the Learning Activity in Ancona and for having us in its structures for the lectures, and again, and most importantly, for holding an interesting lecture on CE BMCs. Also a great thanks goes to AU partner and to her PhD students for their wonderful and interesting presentations on CE topics, which went from the theory behind CE to how to reduce our carbon footprint in food production with the use of seaweed.
